There is quite a bit of data required to get your Simday database ready for your first training session. If you are new to the world of hospitals and not sure what some of these things are please speak with your Simday representative.

1. Hospital Provider Number
2. Facility Number / Hospital Code
   1. This is issued to you by your state health department. Please contact them if you don’t know the number, or if you have a previous State Health Data Extract, we can get the information from the extract.

3. Doctors/Surgeons and Anaesthetists
   1. Send us a list of all your doctor’s/surgeons and anaesthetist’s that need to be added to Simday
   2. Include the following information:
      1. First and Surname
      2. Provider Number
      3. Speciality e.g. Plastic Surgeon or Anaesthetist
      4. AHPRA Number (required if your facility is in WA)
4. Doctors Theatre Schedules
   1. Send us your Doctors theatre schedules so we can load these into SimDay prior to your training.
5. Hospital Fees
   1. Send us all your Health Fund Fees (from Health Fund Contracts or 2nd Tier Schedules) including self insured rates.
   2. Send us a list of commonly used prosthetic items, disposables, pharmaceuticals etc. Include Billing Code and description.
