The Possible Double Patients report is used to check if there are duplicate patients in SimDay. You can use this report along with the Merge Patients function to rectify the duplicates.

Click on Reports in the main menu and then More Reports in the sub menu which will open a list of various statistical reports.

Click on the Possible Double Patients button.

Based On selects the method to view identify possible duplicate patients

Output To can be set to view the report on the Screen, print it on a selected Printer or create an excel File. By default the excel file is saved in the tmp folder in the SimDay folder on the server.
