Click on Maintenance in the main menu, then Hospital Data in the sub menu.

The Hospital Code can only be added by ACSS staff. This code is assigned by your State Dept. of Health. If you are unsure of the code, contact the hospital admissions data collections dept to obtain the code. The code only needs to be added before you perform your first month’s statutory reporting to the Departments of Health.

Hospital Type Select Private Hospital for overnight facilities or Private Day Surgery

Provider No This is the hospital’s provider number

Enter your address details, ABN, ACN & Contact Name

Bank Details Enter the facilities bank account details. These details will appear on any bank deposit slips printed from SimDay

Hospital E-Mail Address Enter the main contact email address

The hospital e-mail address is submitted with private claims to the insurance companies.

Cancer Register Code Enter the Cancer Register Code. This can be obtained from the local state cancer registry.

VIC Allegiance Code All Victorian facilities must enter their Allegiance code here. This is assigned by Enterprise Support and used when doing VIC data extracts (VAED)

BPAY Sub Biller & BPAY Internal Site Code Used for facilities providing invoices with BPAY details.
